Alexander Wayne1Got here at 9 am. And it's 10:30 now. Still haven't gotten my check cashed because there is no manager on site to approve the amount or verify the company the check came from. Which is confusing because the lady helping already verified once with the place of employment.

mariana munoz1Horrible!! Absolutely disturbed by how I was treated the 2 times I've been there.. I lost my Texas ID so I'm using another picture ID .. And suddenly it has become my worst nightmare every time I go there... First time I tried cashing my check there they said I need another type up identification because the one I had was invalid which in reality it isn't they told me to go cash my check at Bank of America and suddenly there there was no problem With my card ... So the next time i whent there with my cc my ID and my check the lady there asked me if infact was me the one ... I was in a hurry and I let her know ... She was soo rude the whole time I was there... Kept putting an attitude with me... Asking me for my social. And calling my phone to see if infact it was me... Some other clients where there and would stop taking care of me although I was there first and take care of the other people... Left me hanging there even tho I had said I was in a hurry... To make it easier I asked if I could get direct deposit... She asked me if where my check came from was my job .. I answered yes and she said she would take care of this .. This was September 1 st... And still nothing ... Even though she did called my work place to make sure I did worked there and wasn't lying .. I understand the personel has to be cautious and take extream measures to make sure there's no fraud but to be humiliated and treated differently then the rest that day was unacceptable...
