He first stated what kind of checks are these.. they clearly say prudential and i said I cashed out my 401k and these have been trickling in and the amounts were small so I had not decided to cash them until I received this last one. He kept looking at the checks flipping them over and said buy some of these are fork January and I once again explained that I didn’t deposit them at the time because the amounts were minute. After I reached this last one that one for over a hundred dollars I was going to deposit them into my NFCU bank acct but it’s firm. He literally said point blank that he could not cash my checks. I dint know if it was because I am black or what… if they have cameras I told him you act like I’m a scammer.. I’m a nurse with a new Lexus truth and he said he wouldn’t cash my checks. I was in a no-fault accident this month with one of their clients and when I called, I was told that I had to file the claim on MY insurance by Jennifer and then she just hung up the phone. I called my insurance company and they told me absolutely NOT, that's not how it works andnI should have NEVER even told that. I waited a few days hoping that I may get someone more knowledgeable the next time I called but nope, Jennifer said the exact same words to me again but that she checked with her mgr this time Bobbye who was there training someone new, I asked to speak to her mgr. Bobby...she said, "she's training someone so you may have to wait", I said I'm a real-life customer, who better for her to train somebody with, so can you please ask her to get on the phone now...Bobbye came to the phone and basically told me that they AREN'T an insurance company but a broker and that Jennifer SHOULD have told me that on Wednesday, SHOULD have asked me for the customer information on Wednesday and that I COULD have BEEN and filed the claim days ago BUT that she was NEW ALSO and didn't REALLY understand the process YET since she'd just gotten on the phones...smh..how is this the victim fault??!!”

However, if a customer ask for a reprint of their receipt, the customer should never hear, "once a transaction is over the system completely wipes out the last transaction."
