My work schedule is very tight and I the days I need to refinance, there are always issues. I work 2 jobs. Mon-Friday and then a second job thurs-mon with the exception of Sunday. But they are not open on Sunday. They just make it difficult for me. They say they can’t hold my check knowing that I will be in in my next day off. It is very frustrating. And the fact that they never have enough employees working and the wait is horrendous. The girls are really nice but it doesn’t seem as though the policy allows good customer service”

That's right, I found out I still had the previous lender's lien on my home as well as the new loan. I called Solidifi for an explanation, the girl who answered the phone was curt and could have cared less about helping me. When I asked why the reconveyance was not a part of the title work for the refinance she simply said, "we don't do that." I asked if she could help me get it sorted and recorded, she said, "Nope. We don't do that." Useless!”

She verbally attacked a woman for not putting on her mask fast enough. The mask seemed to be cought around her earring and she pulled it off and fixed it when she got back inside. The old lady was screaming at her. I understand the laws about the masks but the lady did in fact put in on. There's no need to treat people with such disrespect. The woman behind the glass was terribly rude. I ended up going somewhere else because i was kinda scared of that lady! I went to stop & shop instead. I usually come later at night during the weekday but this lady was scary!”

I will ensure I never buy or sell with a title company this small and disorganized again. They were also dishonest about sending a wire transfer. I called my bank and it was never sent to my account. Be sure to ask about the disbursement of funds and get wire transfer reference numbers if you are told one was made in your name.”
