My most recent loan was originally due last year around the time COVID19 started to affect the economy. I wasnt able to pay due to this. My loan was less than a month past due and already they were trying to use intimidating tactics. Instead of professional contact, I got aggresive communication threatening legal action. Eventually, we agreed to a monthly payment plan. Everything was fine for a few months. Then without any notice they suddenly increased the monthly amount I agreed to. Then, they began taking payments twice a month instead of once a month. All without notice or mutual agreement....during a pandemic. The lack of professionalism and compassion is astounding. At this point I am truly appalled by quik check.”

I also found out that this company doesn't even process same day payments. So you will get an email receipt, a duplicate text receipt, and may not even see the funds leave your account for days.I have never worked with a finance company that isn't interested in getting their money. I am scared to work with this company because my good credit standing could be in jeopardy. Stay far, far away. I am going to refinance as soon as possible.”

When I first talked to her she had an attitude and I was just trying to ask questions so that there was no confusion. She gave the info and we decided we were going to do the loan and them something just didn't feel right so I ask Amanda more questions which she had an attitude and seemed to be put out. Well we decided to go in a different direction and I called Amanda and told her the news and she really had a bad attitude then. I told her that I didn't appreciate her attitude and treatment and she hung up on me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never do business with One Main because of Amanda!!! She does not need to be in customer service!”

I have 2 guitars that have been in & out of this shop more times than I can count. The people that work here are all amazing people. They do their best to help everyone that walks through the door. I trust this shop completely. I have never found any signs of my guitars being tampered with. I have never had an issue with the amount they offer for my pawn. These guys are so awesome they have actually called me to let me know that I missed my pickup date. On the few occasions this has happened they were KIND enough to extend my loan for a day so I didn't lose my guitars. No other pawn shop has ever done that for me. Thank you for being such amazing people. I love my guitars & the the Oregon Cash Company. I'm very thankful for them. They have helped me so many times. I recommend them all the time and will continue to do so.”

After a few months FCCU would request multiple pages of questions be filled out. We did fill out the forms, but FCCU would end up sending us approximately 6 letters of the same questions. They did not like the fact we would withdraw large sums of money. They wanted us to open multiple accounts for each of our ATM's. (I'm sorry but didn't Wells Fargo have something similar go on? Tellers and bankers gaming the system and opening unnecessary accounts) When we showed them where the money was coming from they continued harassing my business partner and I. The bank manager swore he was "on our side" but would never let us talk to the "risk management" department that wanted to shut down our account which they eventually did. We asked who makes up your "risk management" dept. and they wouldn't give that information. I have multiple phone call recordings, letters, and emails documenting everything from start to finish. Trust me when I say that the recordings are not good. FCCU is a garbage Credit Union.”
