After about 20 phone calls harassing they’re office about what bs this is they finally closed the account. Now of course I can’t open an account at another credit union because they didn’t close the account it’s been two years guess what they just closed it today they said because they haven’t heard from me in two years. The gift that just keeps giving don’t ever come to this place.”

I was asked if I had an appointment and said no. I would not have thought for something that literally takes less than 5 minutes that I would have to book an appointment. She said the banker who was their notary was with a customer. She said she would be happy to make me an appointment. I said sure how long will I have to wait. She said "oh no not today I will have to make you an appointment for next week." Unbelievable! I am not aware of many documents when you need them notarized that you have a week or so to wait to get them notarized. What good is it to have the benefit of notary service at no charge when you don't have access to the service. So I go to the UPS store and pay $22 for the notary service. Glad banking with BOA cost me $22 today. Looks like it is time to change banks where you can be treated as a valued customer.”

Christine is actually the opposite of Jen, she’s not rude but she is completely opposite from Jen. She made me log out and back in my dollar loan center account 5xs as if there was an error on my end and all the while she was the one who forget to submit something on her end and she brushed it off without acknowledging what she did wrong nor did she take any accountability amongst other negative things that happened during the call I had with Christine. This was just my personal experience.”
