      Been a long term customer of this bank and visited the location to have 2 documents notarized. I was asked if I had an appointment and said no. I would not have thought for something that literally takes less than 5 minutes that I would have to book an appointment. She said the banker who was their notary was with a customer. She said she would be happy to make me an appointment. I said sure how long will I have to wait. She said "oh no not today I will have to make you an appointment for next week." Unbelievable! I am not aware of many documents when you need them notarized that you have a week or so to wait to get them notarized. What good is it to have the benefit of notary service at no charge when you don't have access to the service. So I go to the UPS store and pay $22 for the notary service. Glad banking with BOA cost me $22 today. Looks like it is time to change banks where you can be treated as a valued customer.

      After nearly 20 years with this bank they start charging me monthly maitenance fee. I've been keeping good amount of money in my account before and they pay me cents in interest, now start asking for monthly fee Time to switch to another bank, what kind of bad management BOA have. Shame on you!

      Warning: Avoid this location. I have been a business customer for over 15+ years using this branch for my multiple businesses in the local area. The customer service is horrible, It's even hindered my business to the point where I've needed to switch banks for certain things. If you need a new business bank card, to send a wire or anything else that you can't do online they refuse to help you at this location. They flat out told me to try another branch. I find it hilarious that Bank of America even bothers to follow up with complaints because they obviously don't care to address the issues they have at this location. Tip to Bank of America: Why waste your money hiring someone to follow up on all the complaints if you don't even fix anything ? It's a waste of money to have that person on payroll, Just ignore it like you do anyways and it will save your company more money that way.

      I love this bank and found everyone to be professional, organized, and very helpful. Even during busy and hectic times, they stay very patient and take care of the customers the best that they can. I have been with Bank of America for over 32 years and have had excellent service not just with my personal accounts, but also for my multi business accounts. It is not easy to deal with people all day with all kinds of demands. I thought the team at this location handle stress extremely well. So for going on 33 years with them, I give them an overall 10 stars! Way to go B of A team!

      Went in there with my wife for some banking stuff. Relationship Manager, Garrett does not live up to his title. He is possibly the worse person for the job. Showed signs off annoyance and clearly hates his job. Just all around rude and really needs to fix his attitude. We never received an email for a service survey so unfortunately, I am posting a public review. I definitely will not be coming to this located again because of it. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

      Someone stole my debit card # and charged over $3,000. I called the BofA fraud line and went thru all the verification. A live operator comes on the phone and again we have to go thru all this verification nonsense. She then tells me that their entire system is down for maintenance for the next 8 hours and there is nothing they can do about the fraud but I should call back tomorrow. For goodness sakes this bank is useless.

      Was cashing a check and wanted to know about opening an account but when I asked to use the restroom tell her told me it was only for customers and I asked what am I just paid to cash a check my grandmother issued me for my wedding and asked if I could open an account possibly and she told me I'm not a customer yet. So I'm not opening an account with this Bank I see why they don't even have two star rating

      I agree completely with Mr. Stan Malone. I went inside today to withdraw the rest of the money needed from my debit card and es told that can’t be done due to some made atm problems. Wen I expressed my disappointment ,first, I was asked if I have an account with BOA, my response was no. I was told by a male teller to do business at my bank in this case. I talk him that is not his business witch bank I do business with, I just need my money be taken out today. At one point a lady from the bank came any called security and I was (thrown) expelled out of the bank . I guess has something to do with the way I was dressed, my accent and the fact that I complained. I wold give them zero stars if that would be an option.

      I've been here a couple times within the last couple months and had a pleasant experience. This time I had to go for a fee reversal and met Clay, the financial manager and very well dressed. Unfortunately he was more interested in helping too quickly and dishonestly. I overdrew my account and needed to get it fixed. I went outside to get my phone and came back in and Clay, without listening to my story had already decided he couldn't help me with no explanation, just said "unfortunately we can't help you". I went to the other Bank of America down the street and received steller service and explanation the the fee couldn't be reversed because it was still processing. Thank God not every representative is like Clay or maybe he just treats people he thinks are down on their luck like that. I just read the ratings on this location and it makes sense that someone in a manager's position would have bad customer service.
