Need to ask for fully trained individuals for detailed answers to more detailed questions. Fastest way to do that is call in - don’t email seeking detailed answers if you need a quick answer to a detailed question. If I had to again, I would use them again next home transaction - with the above advice to speed things up for customer service response times.”

Because of her negligence and the information she provided and the order of events and how they transpired, I closed my bank account with them. They should not be a financial institution in charge of handling money and employ people who give out incorrec/fraudulent/misleading information causing the customers to loose money and go past due on accounts that they were trusted with. First Savings Bank should not be in business at all. Just in the business of scamming people.Horrible bank. Tony the old blonde lady is incompetent. Don't trust them with your money/withdrawals.They sound half asleep every time on the phone. They don't know what they're doing. I would choose a different bank.”

There is no, "let me see your ID." thing going on. Its a true home town bank. They go out of their way to help even with a phone call to you is needed. They will have on display once a month a local business owner's information and product. I don't know why that other review was written with such bad comments, but if you look at her other reviews they are nearly the same. She seems to always have rude customer service, maybe its her... This bank is nothing like she described!”

I told her I was selling on a house and was there for my appointment she asked details and took me to a room that had 2 other ladies in there. After being in there a good 10 minutes (uncomfortably) a lady came in and visited with them and they gave her some papers and they left. Then she laughingly and apologetic said sorry they had put me in the wrong room!!! I am 65 years old. I was embarrassed beyond anything. She gave me my papers and said sign here and here and here. Now do you have any questions. I believe she should have gone over the details of the papers. I should have been more forward but I was feeling so humiliated from the before situation. I just wanted to leave. This was Thursday and now Monday the money still isn’t wire transfers yet. It will probably be later but I hope she got that information correct.”
