Slow to start examination process due to backlog. In need of more new hires or temp hires and newer hires already in place are in need of more complete training, to keep up with volume. Need to ask for fully trained individuals for detailed answers to more detailed questions. Fastest way to do that is call in - don’t email seeking detailed answers if you need a quick answer to a detailed question. If I had to again, I would use them again next home transaction - with the above advice to speed things up for customer service response times.

Lost my earnest money check dropped the ball on my survey and delayed closing.....cant seem to get it together wish there were more options horrible now 2 hours befor closing others an encroachment on property wow guys

Terrible & absolutely frustrating to work with. After a few deals with them I've started to think they like playing cat and mouse games with me. They get a big fat zero on communication. The closing date is just a suggestion for them to get the ball rolling.. Their QC department is always on strike. More on them later. I'll not use them again unless I'm forced to.

Diana Proctor is one rude lady. She needs to learn Customer Service. Will never use this title company again. When you sign the paper u should get the keys to your new home but we closed at 8am. Done at 8:30 but didn’t get keys till 2pm.

They've always been helpful and professional, including when I've called only for technical advice on filing a form.

We have used The Title Company several times, they are knowledgeable and very helpful. We've had questions months later and they still go above and beyond to help and/or find information.
