They now call themselves “Alliance Abstract”. Was greeted by a young lady and asked what I was there for. I told her I was selling on a house and was there for my appointment she asked details and took me to a room that had 2 other ladies in there. After being in there a good 10 minutes (uncomfortably) a lady came in and visited with them and they gave her some papers and they left. Then she laughingly and apologetic said sorry they had put me in the wrong room!!! I am 65 years old. I was embarrassed beyond anything. She gave me my papers and said sign here and here and here. Now do you have any questions. I believe she should have gone over the details of the papers. I should have been more forward but I was feeling so humiliated from the before situation. I just wanted to leave. This was Thursday and now Monday the money still isn’t wire transfers yet. It will probably be later but I hope she got that information correct.
