They should not be a financial institution in charge of handling money and employ people who give out incorrec/fraudulent/misleading information causing the customers to loose money and go past due on accounts that they were trusted with. First Savings Bank should not be in business at all. Just in the business of scamming people.Horrible bank. Tony the old blonde lady is incompetent. Don't trust them with your money/withdrawals.They sound half asleep every time on the phone. They don't know what they're doing. I would choose a different bank.”

But if I’m being honest the second I walked in. I felt unwelcome and was greeted rudely. I said hello and was asked what I needed abruptly. So I mentioned I was referred and was pointed in the direction of a clipboard by Guadalupe Pate who is the manager of the business. I then Filled out the application in silence. As she typed and didn’t speak a word to me. And when I started filling out the back page she watched me do it until I was almost done and said I only needed to fill out the front portion. Once handed to her she answers her personal phone in front of me and started having a conversation. It’s then where she handed me my application back and asked for my social and birthdate and as I replied with my answers I was haulted and she pointed at the blank spot on the application and said right there please. I understand I may have missed it but the responses I received made me feel like I was dumb and were smart like.”
