Never had problems. 2 months ago I lost employment and was getting all these overdraft fees ($25 each time) for Disney plus, Hulu, and one other item. I cancelled these memberships but for some reason I was still being overdrafted. So I owed $200 in just overdraft fees. Anyhow last month I received a call saying there has not been activity on my card in 53 days so they would be closing my account. I made arrangements and everything seemed fine. A $50 dollar deposit was made to my account, when I went to pull out the money my cards had been cancelled. Today (pay day) I log on to see what I made and there is no check. One customer service rep said she saw the payment but it was being held to call back later. Second rep says she can't find my check info. I'm frustrated because I don't have my money. If it comes in over the weekend I can't pull it out because they froze my cards and they are closed. This is so unacceptable. I've never had issues til recently. Also my mother passed 2months ago. I was a beneficiary on her account but rather than closing her account and giving me the $50 savings deposit they closed the account and mailed it.ok.... Well when the check came in the mail I mobile deposited it. Well a day later I look to see if it went through and it says it didn't. So I go to the bank to cash it. I'm told it can't be cashed because I don't have a representative. IT WAS $50!!! I did get angry at this point and am told I need a lawyer in order to cash the check. A little later I find the money was deposited. They don't know what their doing anymore! One person says one thing while another says something else. I can't wait to close this account. They are getting as bad as Wells Fargo.”
