Additionally they continued to dead name the seller on every document as well. It really shouldn’t be the buyers job to have to proof read everything including the sellers name. Our appointment was scheduled for the morning but we didn’t sign until the afternoon because of all the issues and someone’s doctor’s appointment. Rude staff, unorganized, late, I could go on and on. I’ve purchased and sold homes in the past and this was by far the worst experience.

Doreen Montoya2Writing reviews is very difficult for me because I try to see the good in everyone especially during this Covid pandemic! I did not have a good experience with the sale of my property to buy another so make sure you find a very experienced realtor and working with the title company has been very difficult during the closing some errors were made I had a lot of questions I was not treated nicely which is unfair to me. Since then there was an over payment to the water authority regarding the sale of a property and that happened December 31, 2020 we are now in March 2021 and I am still waiting for the title company to fix this error please keep in mind I have contacted the title company escrow officer regarding the over payment. I also had my money transferred to the other title company during closing that should’ve been wired to my checking account. Stewart title informed me that’s not the normal that money from the sale of the house from Fidelity should have been sent to me directly and not wired to them which delayed my money 2 weeks. Stewart title had to write me a check which then my bank put a hold on it Due to the large amount. I have purchased and sold homes for many years and I have never seen the unprofessionalism that this title company has done not only to me but to others there is got to be a way that they are governed so this doesn’t happen in the future to anyone else.

Chris Shain Tanner, REALTOR1“I don’t have time to babysit lenders. I’m too busy.” This attitude will guarantee I will never come here again. I want to work with people who will go above and beyond for their clients no matter what, the way I do.

Russ Beecher2When the employees are giving the 5 star reveiws you know there is an issue. Yelp has them with poor reviews and it’s understandable. 2019, we have a world of options available that do not require high risk banking transactions, something they themselves warn you about, or excessive transfer fees. Money was sent to their account but it wasn’t done in a wire, instead a bank to bank transfer. Money is being returned, and now has to be sent with an additional fee. Again 2019, and with contracts and other ways to hold parties accountable for purchases, you would think an honest transfer with out a fee would suffice. You literally had my money, in your account.
