The loan counselor was very curt, it felt like I was wasting her time. Not only did they want some pretty crazy things from me including speaking to my employer and obtaining a spare key to the car (which wasn't possible since it only had one electronic key... she wasn't happy about that) but when they did 'approve' the loan they wanted to give me a 34% interest rate which they weren't going to tell me until i came in an signed the paper. Luckily I asked... I definitely would not entertain the idea of working with this company. Maybe others have had a better experience but honestly I felt like a criminal who they were giving a 'second chance' to but they didn't really trust me.”

Very frustrating to never get a straight answer and I have never gotten a return call from a message left”

They were giving us a hard time when I requested a physical copy be mailed even though they charge quite a bit for their services. The physical closing documents should be included in that cost. These are very important documents and we deserve the actual papers not just email.”

They proceeded to cash all my monthly payments and never once notified me I was in collections. Over 700$. I can’t understand how they wouldn’t accept a debit card payment from US bank. They didn’t understand that the bank lobbies in Minnesota were mostly closed. I couldn’t set up the payments. My credit went from 690 to 530. Over 700$. I’ve offered to pay the total and more. I’d pay 200$. 300$. 700$ extra to get my credit back. Bad people”
