Let me just say real quick that my auto payments were coming out of my savings. I lost my job earlier last year and when I ran out of money in my savings, I did not get any alert from Preferred Credit that I did not have the funds. What I did get was a letter about halfway through the month saying I owed my balance plus a $20 fee and if I did not pay it in 30 days they take legal action against me. Woooooow! Not even a phone call saying "Hey, the funds weren't able to come out, do you have an alternative method of payment?". Just a straight threat letter in the mail. Also, their website is absolute trash. You can't even see your remaining balance on there! You can't even get it with the automated phone system when you check your account status. To add insult to injury, both their website AND automated phone system say that my next payment is due sometime in mid 2017 and yet they still don't hesitate to send me these legal threats if my payments don't come out (Even if I rush right away to their website and pay the balance manually). Their business practice is a joke and I thoroughly regret purchasing anything through them. I got a phone call from somebody here last week and all they said on the voicemail was "It is recommended that you call us back today." That was it. Not information or anything. I called back and the guy didn't even know of anything going on with my account. If anybody close to me is thinking of buying a Kirby or Rainbow or anything else that goes through PCI I will advice them strongly to not do so. If you are reading this review I suggest the same to you too. I will never do business with these guys again.
