Jackie at Ace in St. Louis Park has the best customer service around, she greets me every time I walk in the store and makes me feel like I am part of the Ace family !

Been coming here for the past few years always greeted with a smile and excellent service thanks Jacqui.

At my initial visit I worked with “J” who was so helpful and took time to explain all the details and terms of my loan. I thought the process was easy and if it took longer than usual it was only due to me asking a hundred questions! She even stayed past the 7:00 closing time until everything was set up. I left with cash in hand and was able to pay a bill that was due before my paycheck arrived. My second visit was to repay the amount I’d borrowed. I worked with “S” who was very friendly as well. The whole transaction was less than five minutes. I would recommend Ace and will definitely use them again in the event that I find myself in a pickle! :)

The staff at the location I frequent in St. Louis Park on hwy 7 are always tremendously thorough and kind and in today's world that can really make a difference in your day...very lovely and patient staff! Thank you!

Great customer service from staff I notice one employee that stands out due to her welcoming attitude toward customers. She also helps you by being transparent so their is a trusted relation with the service being given.If you don't believe me, stop by there and you will also expriance this GREAT SERVICE.

More of a review of the company in general. Used loans from Ace four times now. Though they're the only payday loan service I've ever used, I gotta say their rates are much more reasonable than any of the others I considered. Several places wanted 22 payments of 200 dollars or a very similar amount for an 800 dollar loan! Here I only End up paying about 40 extra on a 500 dollar loan. Pretty fair. Obviously payday loans should only be used as a last resort and only if you know you can pay on time. ALWAYS READ THE TERMS THOROUGHLY. But if it comes down to it, go with these guys.
