Then, she wanted to take a copy of the check with my ID and have me fill out a piece of paper that included my social security number. RED FLAG. I left. Only went here because it was close to my job.”

Now I may be a relatively young looking person but It's incredibly inappropriate to say "um, are you sure you have an account here" when someone says they have a check to deposit. Incredibly slow service. Takes 20 minutes to deposit a check. Under staffed at lunch constantly, which is the only time I can get here to deposit checks. Very disappointed with how I am treated every time I go to this bank.”

Another thing that kinda gets under my skin is the amount of location's in my area. Biggest issue is ATM prices. If you dont go to a certain ATM, you get the machine charge AND an extra 3 or 4 buck tacked on by the bank. CVS, Walgreens, and Speedway gas stations (and FamAm bank of course) seem to be the only ATMs where I dont get a charge. Thinking about jumping ship from them after almost 8 yrs of use?”
