Tried to cash 2 checks here today. I could already see they wanted to give me the runaround; waited 5-10 minutes for check verification. During this time, the woman ran her hands all across the checks and blew on them. Then, she wanted to take a copy of the check with my ID and have me fill out a piece of paper that included my social security number. RED FLAG. I left. Only went here because it was close to my job.

Well, I received a check for participating in the fight for 15. The check was only $50. I went in here before going into work, hoping I can get my check cashed. The lady told me she had to get approval in order to cash the check. I live in Chicago and I have never had to wait for an approval to get a check cashed, and usually I cashed checks that were at least $500. after standing there 10 minutes she finally tells me they cant cash it because of some BS excuse that her supervisor couldn't get any information at the time to cash the check because they never cashed a check like that before. So I went to the walmart around the corner and they cashed it with no problem. Obviously, I was discriminated against even just to cash a small check for $50. Today was my first and last time going to this establishment!

I went here to get a city sticker and these people messed up my address twice as well as the VIN number on my car. If they are unable to do basic things such as copying information directly from printed out forms, I feel sorry for anyone who is actually going here to send money or cash checks. I now have to go to City Hall to get the VIN number changed on parking permit. Please don't waste your time going there if you can find another way. Good luck.

Never knew you can do DMV stuff here. Didn't want to have to wait in long DMV lines, so came here to title and register new out of state vehicle purchase. Got everything done here and young lady that helped me was very nice.

Excuse yourself from the most incorrigible, rude, hostile and an attitude bred Old staff who devours you with hostile and impolite ways. In case you are desperate for their services, please DO NOT ever ever never get the aged man to help you. I do not know his name There is this aged gentleman there who was so very much rude. He is not a native American speaker. His words are harsh, he is not well informed, he is like a badly raised kid who would not hear anything you have to say. His listening skills is below average. He disrespectfully handled a country's Government issues ID card. I would have sued him, if i had the time for it. We do not have anything to worry as long as we are legally allowed to work in the USA. My friend who accompanied me is still considering. There should be a CCTV there to substantiate happenings in a financial institution like this I am still looking for a direct line to complain about him with his superiors. He disrespects your individuality and he even handled my documents in a very shabby way. Please take the business elsewhere. This person is not there to deliver, he is there to pull the pillars of this institution down and it's working.

Only 2 people allowed inside. They make everyone else stand out in the cold and wait. And they only have one teller so it takes FOREVER to get done. I waited over 20 minutes outside.

This place is giving out counterfeit $100 bills!!! You tell them they've made a mistake and want to call the police bon you. I've already filed a report with the police. But chose any place but this one and save yourself the headache!!!!!
