Tried paying off over the phone because I’m always busy at work and work the same hours. They told me I couldn’t payoff over the phone and I have to go in person. I don’t think that is fair for working people that don’t have time to visit the office. Meanwhile they’re holding me off on paying off because I can’t go and the interest is kicking in, now I have to wait and pay more.
