This place is completely unprofessional and needs to be SHUT DOWN! The staff is completely ghetto and give zero care about executing proper customer service. I’ve come here on 3 different occasions and as never greeted at the door. Each time there were about 3 women at their desks on their personal phones and talking to each other about what they were having for lunch. I had to speak before being spoken to and on top of waiting to be noticed I was given an atritude! I’m always nothing but respectful. They deserve zero stars! The only reason why I have 2 stars was because of the gentleman, Roderick. He was so pleasant and helped me throughout my entire process. He was the most proffessional and made me feel welcome . He is honestly too good for this place. By himself, he is a 10/10! Truly an outstanding individual
