My experience with this location was a very good experience! The staff was professional , knowledgeable and efficient! Henry took my application over the phone , he quickly worked on it and gave me an answer in less than an hour. It was close to closing, so I went to the location the next day to complete the process. I was greeted by the staff when I walked in and was called to the desk promptly to start the paperwork! Henry and the office manager Tandy , explain everything thoroughly and even explained how the credit reporting works with the company. That made the experience even better because I am working hard on building my credit back up. The entire process was not long at all. Oh, and they offer tax services as well! I would continue to do business with this location for my financial needs!

Worst experience ever never will I get a loan through them ever again and the guy lied numerous times. Not ever going to use them ever again. And after I was approved then the lady tried to withhold the check like seriously .
