Wilson Bank & Trust Lebanon Rd, Mt. Juliet

My family has banked with them for almost 15 years. I've use wilson bank for over a decade. I disputed 2 unauthorized charges and the bankers I worked with did not file the dispute and customer service basically said it could have been a mistake once but couldn't happen twice. I'd be happy to go over the cameras with them but I highly doubt they'll admit to their mistake after this much fighting. Goodbye wilson bank you won't be missed.

This has to be the slows bank I waited for 25 in the drive thur yesterday with 1 car that was there over 15 minutes the lady in the window was slow and kept telling that she couldn't find my account and I have 2 accounts finally she found it and did my deposit didn't put the balance on the receipt. If you want in and.out before 25 minutes use a different branch sad sad.Was very upset that I had to wait this long and then go thru her saying this.

This is Vicky Avakian leaving this review on my husband’s account. We moved here over a year and a half ago from PA and researched banks. I’m so happy we chose not only this Bank, but this Branch in Mount Juliet. We went to another branch close by once for a Will signing in Hermitage and they were great too. My parents set up their checking and investments with them as well. We’re so happy we chose them. We have always found their staff from day one to be very thorough and efficient. They’ve been so kind as well and a pleasure to deal with. I wanted to leave this review today to say thanks so much to them! Sadly, my father passed away in Sept. We’ve had some set backs and complications processing some investments that at times can be very stressful. This was on our part trying to get proper verification from Govt agencies. Anyway, today we had something come up and one of their employees Sarah was just awesome!! She was patient, kind and very helpful to help us resolve something for my mother. Often times with dealing with businesses you can either get someone like Sarah that comes from a place of “yes” or God help you if you get the other kind that treats you like this is your problem. Trust me, I’ve had plenty of that and I’m so appreciative when you get Sarah’s helpful attitude. It was clear to me how much pride and hard work she puts into her position and career. I’ve seen this with every person we’ve dealt with and my parents have as well. I would highly recommended this bank due to our interactions with them. Thanks to the entire team at Wilson Bank and trust!

I have been a customer here for nearly ten years. I loved this bank for the first 4 or so years but the last few it has been a struggle to find anything positive. The nail in the coffin of our relationship was when they mailed a document to our old address with mine and my husband’s full Birthdate, full SSN, AND FULL ACCOUNT NUMBERS listed. We had gone through the process of changing our address on both accounts when we moved nearly 2 years ago and our current address was listed on the form. Yet this was sent to the wrong address, not once, but three times. Thankfully, the owners of our old house are friends who were trustworthy enough not to open our mail. This is an incredibly irresponsible action on the bank’s part. Mailing such sensitive information is a bad idea in the first place but mailing it to the wrong address, multiple times, when you have our phone numbers and emails.... completely unacceptable. We have moved all of our business elsewhere and will be closing our accounts completely as soon as is convenient. If you want your identity stolen due to their negligence, then I’d recommend using this bank.

Although the service is fantastic, meaning the staff is very kind and helpful, I had way too many problems with my account; i.e. went overdraft $5, fixed it within 24 hours (which they say will not result in an overdraft fee), spent money on my card (when i set it up to decline purchases without available funds), and ended up at -$54. I will never make an account here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

The staff here are friendly and my experience had been mainly positive. Regardless of this, I have had my struggles, transferring money from other countries had been difficult because they don't have the ability and therefore use another bank to do this. The mobile phone app refuses to install on my new Samsung Galaxy S9+ because my Google account was created in another country.

DO NOT bank here if you do not want a ton of confusion and rude managers named LISA MULLINS to hung up in your face((: Regions and First Tennessee are great!!! I initially started banking at WBT because my dad was here when I was younger and it made things easy for when he wanted to put money on my card. I eventually got a credit card here to and let me tell ya WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!! Get this, not only does Wilson Bank and Trust have nothing to do with the credit card, they can’t help you access anything to do with it either. Then there’s one number for the credit card online portal and a separate one for your account details with all your information. NONE of which can help you with the other lol so be ready for confusion every single time you speak to someone!!! They do not make it easy at all for you to make payments and best believe even if you are out of town for a family funeral you get zero leniency for late charges. DO NOT lose your credit card or get locked out of your account because you’ll have to call 2 different numbers there too!!!! The sad part is this isn’t even the worst part about them though. After talking to two different branches they finally got me to the right one and I talked two 3 different people there!!! THENN the manager by the name of LISA MULLINS had the audacity to hang up in my face not once but twice!! Please think before you bank here guys. Regions and First Tennessee are such better options!

Worked with us. Took some time, but they helped us out. Friendly, extremely competent staff. No hassle transactions. I usually avoid going into banks, but this one I actually enjoy visiting, in person.

Just a P.S.A if you leave a slightly unflattering review and own an account with them they will call you early in the morning to explain why your opinion is wrong and how it’s your fault instead of theirs. So if that’s your kinda bank you’ve found the one.

Friendly and helpful staff and the best interest rates around! It's nice to do business with a local bank, compared to the large corporate banks!
