Wilkinson Used Cars and Title Pawn N Wayne St, Milledgeville

My family have been buying cars from Wilkinson Used cars for over 60 years. I myself bought my first car from them. My two children bought their first car from Wilkinson. This is the most friendly and professional place to buy cars from. Love the friendly staff.

I am so glad we went here today instead of to Macon, where we'd planned. My son, his girlfriend, and new baby found their perfect vehicle. Jeffrey worked with us, was friendly, caring of our finances, and up front with us. We walked out with a nice, reliable vehicle that my son and his little family can count on. Jefferey and his wife both seemed to be family oriented like us and that meant a lot. They will definitely continue to get our business.🙂

Was not a good experience. Unwilling to listen to the facts. Claimed I did not have tax returns with me sitting there telling him to his face. I have tax returns and can pull them up from the company that did the taxes. I tried explaining also about my bank statements which would have shown enough money to pay for the car I wanted in cash. I was just wanting to not use all of what was in my account to pay for the car and wanted to finance it. And then claimed I had not been at my address long enough. I did not even bother to tell him the address was a family lake house, it was used for vacation and now I'm living there full time. He could not pull up my bank statements, I suspect his older computer may not have had a PDF reader, which wasnt my fault. I'm glad I only wanted just a few minutes of my time here. I would strongly encourage you to go elsewhere in the area and use these folks as a last resort.

This is a horrible place and needs to be reported to the Georgia Better Business Bureau and shutdown!!! I called this place yesterday inquiring about renting and reserving a vehicle for next week while I'm in town visiting family for the 4th and to use the vehicle to look for a home because I'm looking to relocate to Georgia soon. The female that answered the phone first stated I had to come into the store in order to make reservations. Then she said well I'll have a large vehicle for you that's gonna be $30 something dollars a day I said ok I'll need it for 3 days she said ok. She asked if I had my own insurance I stated yes I have liability car insurance she said ok. Then I told her I'll be flying in on Thursday the second but won't need the vehicle till Monday. She then said oh your not from here I said no. Now she says the car will be $62 dollars a day, I have to have full coverage car insurance in order to rent a vehicle, I can't use my bank debit card I have to have a major credit card only and I have to leave a $200 deposit. Her entire tone changed once she realized I was not from there and she up the price and required a new set a rules that their website clearly doesn't state. This Is Discrimination And I Will Be Reporting This Place To The Proper Places That Enforce Laws That State You Can't Do This To Customers. So Beware If Your From Out Of Town This Is What Wilkinson's Does To People. All Customers Should Be Treated Equal, Same Rules For Everybody!!!

Tried to purchase a vehicle, was told I’d need 2,000 down if I don’t have a cosigner. Called back the next day, offered 1500. Jeff told me I needed 2k PLUS a cosigner. When I mentioned that he said he needed 2k yesterday if I didn’t have a cosigner, his response was, “Well that’s what I’m saying today.” Totally unprofessional, childish “businessman”. Total scam

When I was searching for a car, I contacted several places, Jeff Wilkinson was the only one from a dealership to call me back. I went online to see what they had and then headed to the dealership. David came out, greeted me, showed me a few cars and test drove. I wasn't pleased with them and when we drove back with the last car, I spotted my car on the lot. They worked with me on getting it financed and soon, I was driving my car I had chosen. I will certainly do business with them again

Car and truck rental!! In my review I did not mention that I have only rented cars here since 2013: 2 or 3 a year. Better than the national chains and when you deal here, you keep your money here in Milledgeville.

Great selection with decent prices and a friendly sales staff. The only place in Milledgeville that I would ever buy a used car from again.
