      I love this branch. Customer service is top notch (Gabriel Romo is always so kind to me) and they are honest to boot. While I haven't been a huge fan of WFB in general, the good work here keeps me as a customer.

      The manager Jose is rude and unhelpful. They prefer to send you to their website or a phone tree, rather than help you as a human. I'll be canceling my account ASAP.
