Vicki Johnston1Commercial customers sit in this line forever without moving. This place is awful be prepared to sit for 30 minutes waiting for 2 cars ahead of you. We have to work not sit in line at the bank...just sayin 🙄

Brittany Westfall1I have been repeatedly told and able to complete phone transfers that don’t count against my 6 savings account transfers as long as I call my branch during business hours. The woman I spoke to today flat out refused. And told me I would need to come into the branch or call the phone bank. The phone bank I called said that I would need to call a branch since my 6 transfers had been used. Either someone broke rules to allow me to do phone transfers through a branch or that woman flat out didn’t want to do her job.

Bill Suchy1As a small business owner I continue to be disappointed with the Wells Fargo location in Inver Grove Heights. Today they refused to notarize check fraud paperwork so Wells Fargo could begin investigating a check fraud case from one of their own clients. Going to a second location in Inver Grove Heights the paperwork was signed in less than 5 minutes. In the past I have also run into numerous difficulties when a Wells Fargo client has non sufficient funds. This location refuses to help or support the victim of Wells Fargo checks that have not sufficient funds. No thanks Wells Fargo, Bill

Dustin Robinson1Nothing but bad experiences at this branch. Asked to replace a damaged card and they reported it stolen. Caused me lots of unneeded hassle on several occasions.

George Schaus1Stop counting change and won't accept it at the counter unless it's in rolls. They offer so few services I am switching to online banking.

SND Appliances1Refused to cash a check for a 20 year customer with no overdrafts. The problem with corporate banks is the lack of flexibility. Go find a local bank and win more.
