I am giving this branch 1 star because of the Manager but I would give the staff, specifically David who is the current drive up teller, 5 stars. David is fast, efficient, friendly and always has a great attitude. I recently was in the drive through while he was swiftly doing my banking while quickly telling me about his family, which was something I asked him about. His manager came over and cut him short. She did this in front of me. I could also see that another employee was grimacing at me during our exchange. He is an asset to this company. He moves quickly and accurately and Wells Fargo is lucky to have him. I can only hope at some point he will be rewarded for his hard work instead of used as an example of how Wells Fargo puts time and money over connections and friendliness.

I get it - this covid thing changed the way we do business. But that is no excuse for disrespecting customers. Because I needed to cash a check, and because I walk to my local branch, and because after they first closed their lobby (completely understandable) I tried walking up to the drive through only to be given a really hard time by the teller who offered me no information about alternatives, I called them to see how they wanted me to do that. It took multiple calls before anyone answered the phone but they finally told me to knock on their door and someone would help me. So I walked there and arrived as they were letting someone else out. I told the wf employee I had just called and was there to cash a check. She would not talk to me at all - wouldn't even look at me - just slammed and locked the door in my face. So I knocked - no response. So I called - no response. So I called again and finally got ahold of someone who ultimately did cash my check. yes, they did anger me. See how you like being given a hard time. SO THEY FINALLY RESPONDED - suggested that if I contacted them yet again they might do something about it!!!!!!!! Either you want your employees to treat customers with dignity or you don't - that isn't up to me. It is up to you. So you can use me as your excuse for maintaining a culture of disrespect. But that gets you what you have here, which is more 1-star reviews than all others combined! This bank has more 1-star reviews than all others commbined!

This Bank is worst bank I have been because they have no manager and employee run bank so did treat customer very bad. They treat handicapped people very bad. The lady who do the loan or sign up to check account the persons is the worst lady and she really don't care about handicapped people, if you open up business or open up the account there they help you very nice stop if you have a problem they treat like s***. ((So beware very beware)). Soon ask check closer I'm closing my account. This is 14 day they've been holding my check and still haven't clear yet and this check is cash and business check. check not a personal check. I have a lot more to say but right now this is enough

This Wells Fargo Branch should be closed : The worst customer service in the world ! I tried 4 times today by phone , ( from France) And could not get anyone to pick uo my phone call of an emergency nature ! My calls were all routed to the main office somewhere . Their service is “broken”. Time to look for a different bank....one Star is too good for this “Branch “.... pathetically poor . Rand W. Seal Rock Beach, Oregon

Called ahead to see if i could get something notarized and they put me on hold, came back and said yes. Once there, they said they were too busy and would not be able to notarize my papers. 40 minute car ride for nothing.
