      If i could give wells fargo negative 10 stars i would. They are terrible in everyway from mortgages, to daily banking. Never use wells fargo.

      Was in desperate need of a public restroom and went into Wells Fargo and asked if they had one we could use, instead of simply saying they didn’t have one, they allowed us to use their employee bathroom but proceeded to yell at us for waiting outside the restroom and for the behavior of other bank members assuming they were with us. I will not be going back or using Wells Fargo for any of my banking needs in the future. Unbelievable.

      I contacted Wells Fargo letting them know that I was purely asking experimental questions to understand more about the home buying experience. At first I was met with a kind voice and care and attention but as soon as I called back to ask more questions I was hung up on. I got the feeling they don't want my business buying a home so I will go somewhere else.

      My mom has dementia and I'm her p.o.a. I signed her up with Wells Fargo. The staff and bank manager always give 110 percent. I've never had a problem that they didn't get resolved immediately. I would recommend Wells Fargo to anyone who banks. I can't speak for them all but I can speak for the Wells Fargo in Sheridan Wyoming. I love your customer service and your staff has always gone above and beyond thank you Barbara Rasmusson

      This ia yhe worst wells fargo bank I have used across 4 different states. The mamagers are rude, the tellers can never help you and whats yhe point of having a bank to put your money in if you xan never access your money.

      Won't work with you. I'm fairly young so still learning about different loans and they won't explain anything to you. Tellers were always very friendly but the managers themselves were condescending. Have banked at three other banks and never had issues with any of them.

      Friendly and helpful staff. Ignore those who have financial problems and blame it in the bank. I love banking here. The coffee’s always on and the smiles are ever present. Electronic banking is super easy, too. Well done Friends!

      Terrible service, the employees talked poorly about us behind our backs, and yelled at others right in front of us. We had to leave without completing what we had gone to do because of the negligence delivered there. Will not be going again.
