      When your banking institution tells you to go somewhere else to get your cash...there's a BIG PROBLEM! If you are a beach resident, you know quarters are an essential denomination of currency to have on hand. Since this branch is only working from the drive thru, I was told to go to the laundry mat located behind the bank for what I need. Umm, I'm sorry...what?!? I go to the bank I have an account with to do my business. Not go to someone else's place of business to take from them. This is not how a banking institution works unless they want people to close their accounts and do their business elsewhere. Which you may just want to do! This isn't the first time I've had an issue with customer service. I've brought up numerous policy violations & ADA discriminations while met with serious attitude problems from both an employee & manager. What kind of "bank" are you running?

      ASK lots of questions before applying for a loan. Hands down the worst loan experience I've ever had. Zero upfront communication about their nonstandard decision making process resulting in a waste of my time and a waste of a pull on my credit. In all my years of business I've never seen a bank add arbitrary living and maintenance expenses to be included in DTI nor have I ever seen a bank not include business profits in income. Absolute waste of time and a wonder any self employed person gets a load here.

      Good morning ladies and gentleman ...yes they have their pros and cons...the staff are so nice. I had an issue getting my card and when i went there Victoria helped me alot...she went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me. She is a 100 star for me.. And the staff gets star too. Thank you VICTORIA for all your help. 100%..💯💯💯💯💯

      They are a shared branch that isn't letting people use the shared branch services right now. I guess its to much with the covid and all. Yet many other shared branches have no problems at all letting you use thier services. It's ok i just moved to Florida and I need to get a local bank down here anyway. Its good to know i won't be using We. If they have that hard of a time trying to do something that is readily avail to them then it worries me when it comes to them taking care of my money. No thanks.

      I waited in line for over an hour and staff says they are no longer co op even tho I called ahead and sign remains on door. This location was inefficient and unhelpful and did not offer an alternative. Your response is not true. The Co op sign is still on the front door. Take it down and be explicit about the changes you have made.

      I called to inquire about business accounts but the rep did not understand English. Not sure if it was the call center or a branch rep. I tried explaining multiple ways but she couldn’t understand. After asking that I not be transferred and would like to explain AGAIN she interrupted me by putting me on hold to transfer me.

      Terrible service. Awful, awful individuals. Been a member since 2000 & in 2012 they closed my account & erased me from their system like I never existed. My money is gone (only $20, but still) and so is my account. Now that they have changed names, I can't prove anything! Account #'s and amounts are erased!
