I have been waiting on my deed to the property I bought in June of 2021. I was told they would mail it out 4 different times. I was told it might have been lost in the mail. The owner is almost never in his office A minor mistake was found and it would have to be checked by a surveyor. After some time I went to the surveyor. They had heard nothing from Brian Plant. Shortly after that the surveyor did revise the legal description and make the correction. Then I was told it had to go to an attorney to check it. After a sufficient time I called again. Today, Dec. 8, 2021, I was told the papers were to be mailed to the attorney today. Don't use Wakulla Title. I never saw a policy for the title insurance that was paid for at the closing.

Kathryn's done three transactions for me now. She takes every worry away. If she can't do it, then it can't be done.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Extremely rude and unprofessional. ANY OTHER TITLE Company will do a better job.
