Get your children a saving account here. I gift all the children in our family Saving Accounts....not toys....and I get everyone to put money in accounts so children can learn to work with money. Best Lesson in the whole world. Yulee High School now has this bank/credit union at their school...believe it or not and the students work there. From best interest rates on cars...to homes....cannot go wrong.

Courtney was very very rude to me on the phone and would not help me with my request. She insisted that I perform the task myself on a computer which I did not have access to. When I explained to her that I could not do that due to quarantine she still insisted. Interesting enough my caucasian associate had no problem completing the same task by telephone.

Vystar is the best Bank I have ever had. All the employee's at the Amelia Island location are very friendly and helpful. Would and do highly recommend this bank to all my friends.

I love banking with Vystar however I would like to see more ATM’s in Fernandina. The one in the parking lot at the B and B movie theater ALWAYS has something wrong with it and other than that one I don’t think there is another one close to us. Other than that I love Vystar WAY more than I do Wells Fargo which is where I switched from.

Tianna Johnson is by far the best, She always goes above and beyond. Her customer service is outstanding and she is so helpful.

This place offers the lousiest service on the island. I went to cash one of their own cashier's checks & they had to bring in two managers to figure out how to do it. I wasn't a member, you see. But it was their check. They finally figured it out. Then they charged me five bucks for the service. It all came about because I sold a car to some "members" of the credit union. to close the deal and get money took an hour and a half, started late, couldn't get cash cuz the tellers were gone. Really, who's running this place, Mickey Mouse?

thhis bank was the greatest till they changed their on line banking --i have a tablet and a cell phone --i cannot get on line-- have to change banks,,, This is an update -- things have changed for the better. Vystar has updated their system and torn down my branch and built a new facility. There a three state of art drive through windows --with big screens. I see the person who is helping me. Thinks are much smoother -- I give praise where it is due.
