      Why would they charge my account for 30 dollars when my balance is not enough. Other banks send you a notification before doing that, then you have time to deposit money to your account. So inefficient!!!

      Some of these posts appear to be fake. I have consistently experienced poor customer service. Not to mention their fee schedule is ridiculous. I am not sure why I still have an account at USF FCU. I guess it is because I have had my account since attending college at USF. I believe It is time for change.

      Recently bought a used car and the financing part was extremely painless. Vinh helped me through every step and answered all my questions. The entire process was extremely smooth.

      Worst Bank and service. They do not care customers. We have to wait for 2 hours for a service becuase the person in the front desk forgot despite we were sitting in front of her during that time. And they play football with you. We went to MSC branch they send us to main branch without even talking with us.

      Terrible customer service in the mortgage department. Won't return calls, never notified delays to seller or title company. Worst credit union I've ever done business with.

      I HAVE HAD SEVERAL LOANS WITH USF FEDERAL CREDIT UNION A HOME LOAN THAT WAS PAID OFF IN JUST OVER A YEAR. A PERSONAL LOAN AND A VEHICLE LOAN. THE CREDIT UNION DOES NOT LIKE TO GIVE PAPER STATEMENTS FOR SOME REASON EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEGGED FOR THEM A DOZEN TIMES. THERE ONLINE SYSTEM WILL WORK FOR A COUPLE MONTHS THEN I CAN'T ACCESS IT. I CAN NEVER REACH AN APPROPRIATE PERSON TO GAIN ACCESS TO ONLINE BANKING SO MY LOAN PAYMENTS ALWAYS END UP LATE AND IM FORCED TO PAY OVER THE PHONE AND PAY THE $20.00 OVER THE PHONE FEE. I RECOMMEND IF YOUR SEARCHING FOR A CREDIT UNION YOU USE A DIFFERENT BANK THAN USF THEIR FEES ARE HIGH CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE DEPARTMENTS YOU NEED TO GET ON THE PHONE ARE 95% UNREACHABLE.

      USF Credit Union used to great. Now they are totally rude and difficult to do business with. Bigger isn't always better and I'm about to be a former member.

      Don't get an auto loan from them! They will buy a $3000 insurance premium themselves and will add it to the total amount due which would also have interests on it. Looking forward to refinance elsewhere.
