      Service used to be great. Little by little it's going down and getting worse. Lines getting longer and they usually only have 1 teller open.

      I was waiting for confirmation of an application and it did not come. A week later, I emailed the credit union and let them know what was happening, they were on it. Turned out to be a technical glitch and they were waiting on me!! From that point forward, it was effortless and I was very pleased.

      This is a great bank. I have a car loan with them, and it's easier than any other loan I've ever applied for. You get personal service and there is always someone there to answer the phone.

      This place has a metal detector at the entrance. I walked through and it beeped, I was asked if I had a cellphone, to which I replied yes. I put it in a tray next to me and walked through again without a beep. The security guard that manages this is an unpleasant, and incredibly unhappy person. As I signed in, I noticed that no one else was setting off the alarm, so I joking said “oh I guess no one else brought their cell phone”. He said nothing, so I purposely watched guest after guest come in without setting off the alarm. A woman even walked through with her phone in hand and it didn’t go off. I don’t know if it’s a race thing or he just wanted someone to harass but congrats, you get 1 star.
