For one they refinanced my friends loan without letting him now. We talked to the supervisor about the issue and a agreement was reached for him to pay a last payment which we tried pay and now the supervisor is saying she never said that that she said that she would refinance again which is false why would he agree to do that when he wasn't told the last time that that what he was signing a refinance agreement .

They are awesome, explained everything very well, and very friendly. Excellent experience.
