USA Checks Cashed & Payday Advance Sierra Ave, Fontana

If i could give zero stars i would! Do not go here they try to charge you the most fees on cashing your income tax checks they tried to charge my wife 400$ to cash a 4k check straight rob you and the people were just so rude and they said the fee at 10% was the highest they can charge and they will charge you the highest!! Go to ACE CASH EXPRESS they only charged me 3% to cash the check saved myself 250 bucks!!! Stay away from this place!!

I called in today to see if their hours are being affected due to the pandemic and spoke to Tamika to ask and she stated she was unable to give them to me. She sounded very unprofessional on the phone. When I asked for the manager she said “oh honey this is the manager” and hung up on me. I don’t believe she was the manager, no manager would act the way she did. If she was the manager corporate needs to have a customer service training with her because she definitely needs it. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Last week I went in to this location and I got a lot of information about a title loan. I'm leaving this review because of the customer service I always leave a review when I receive great customer service. Tamika was very informative. She has a great personality and very funny , when my wife makes up her mind she will be the first person I will give my business too. When you go to this store ask for Tamika and I think her co worker name is Raquel they will be happy to help you and answer all your questions. Title loans or payday loans.

Awesome experience! After reading the reviews I was kind of leary about going inside to speak with them. But they were nice ask if they could help me, and was really pleasant and professional. Good job Tamika!

I would recommend that no one goes here the lady was super rude I walked in as soon as they opened and no good morning, hello, or anything. I need to cash my payroll check I gave her the check she ran it And Said I can't do anything with it till tomorrow and gave me the check back and when I asked her why she very rudely said cause we have to verify it and didn't even apologize cause clearly on there website it says that they will cash a check when banks are closed and when your in a pinch you don't have to wait 2 or 3 business days you will get your money right there well that's a complete lie cause I'm in a really bad pinch and I needed my check cash to get out of the pinch but they weren't any help I usually don't do this and give someone a bad review but my experience with this place was so terrible I just couldn't help my self. The lady that helped me needs to learn how to talk to customers And how to treat them.

The ladies that work the check cashing part are so awesome! Great attitudes and great customer service. Love this place.

Tamika is an angel her smile can light up a city block she treats you with respect and dignity kind of disappointed when she isn’t working . Just a heads up for employees who work here. If you close at 3 and a customer walks in at 230 or 245..it is your job to help them. You are still working and getting paid to do the job your suppose to do. Short heavy set female is very rude and unprofessional. Get your act together. Learn to smile and greet people. Basic human skills.

This store deserves a 5 star status. I received the best customer service yesterday, than I probably have ever in my life. I applied for a small payday loan at the Riverside location. That location is near my job and being the 5' o clock hour, I wanted to save myself travel time to take my husband out to dinner for his birthday. I applied for said loan and was told to go to the Fontana location for the results. This clearly makes no sense, a little frustrated, off I went. While in route, I called Fontana and spoke with Tamika. She didn't understand the reasoning herself, but asked I continue to make my way in and she would assist me with the best of her abilities. While I continued toward Fontana, Tamika did some checking and figured out the status to my application. It was completely simple and something the Riverside location could have easily told me and taken care of. Tamika, apologized and made it right for my troubles and having to travel out of my way. She was fast, very friendly and well knowledge. She helped my receive my loan and off my husband and I went to celebrate his birthday. Even if Fontana is out of your way, visit them. They will not disappoint. I will visit Tamika for any future needs I have. Fontana will be my only choice from now on.

i always go here to buy money orders and reload my pre paid card, very nice and friendly ladies. totally recommend it. even tho they are busy they make my time here fun. they totally convinced me to bring in my tax check for a great discount.
