I've been banking here for over 7 years now, And these ladies are so very professional in doing their job. They are going to make sure you're taken care of. Mrs. Nancy and Mrs.Rochelle are to of my favorite. Whenever you call on the phone it's the same type of service..I would recommend this credit union to anyone looking to start over, or even getting a car financing on a car.

This the only credit union I know thats not open at least for a couple of hours on Saturday.

I have been a member here for nearly five years. Nikki always always always is very pleasant, understanding, positive and helpful and so is Ms. Debbie. I would give five stars but some of the service representatives have unfriendly attitudes and aren’t easy to deal and/or communicate with. This is a great credit union.

A few years I been a member of United credit Union for more than 8 years now and I am very happy with the. Excellent service.... Especially with Mrs Nancy at your Humble office, always accessible and willing to give me the best of the attention , answering my questions, or emails promptly and helping me on time of needs. I've been a member for over 2 years and have had nothing but positive experiences whether it be in person or over the phone. I had some previous financial and credit issues and couldn't find a way to rebuild my credit besides a secured card and forget about help when I needed some cash; my only other option was a pay day loan with outrageous fees. I opened a No Approval Loan and within 3 months, my score jumped by about 25 points. The skip a payment option is great during the holidays and renewing is so easy. Unlike some finance companies, if you renew, they use the same account history rather than closing an account and opening a new one which doesn't help your score and can actually hurt it. I've had this loan for nearly 2 years now as it's helping build a strong profile. My score has improved by about 160 points and has opened the door for unsecured cards, pre approved car loans, and has made my dream of home ownership a real possibility instead of just thinking that's for someone else. I get paid a day early and there's no fees with my accounts. When others said no, UECU said yes and it's made a world of difference. Don't get stuck paying unnecessary fees to the big banks and take it from someone who got stuck in the endless cycle of payday loans that there is hope and a much better way. A plus of being a member is that I get to talk to Melissa when I have to take care of things in person in the tunnels. Thanks girl for all your help these past 2 years and to the entire staff, you are much appreciated!

This is a great place to do your banking business they understand customer service Jennifer Kayda and Cindy Dickey are two of the best 👌at taking care of issues that I have ever dealt with will recommend the Credit Union to anyone they will take care of you.

I love UECU!!! They are always willing to help assist their customers anyway they can. The bank tellers are professional and good natured (they are real and just like anyone else can have unpleasant days - however they never pass that on to their customers and do their jobs with great efficiency and professionalism.) The bank staff in the back is amazing and helpful and will always go the extra mile to help when needed. If clarification is needed they go above and beyond to make certain that their is an understanding between the customer and the bank. We are grateful to be members and look forward to many more years of banking with UECU!

I've been a member for about 7 years and I have never had a problem. The staff has always been friendly and addressed my needs from my car loan to credit. If I call or email regarding any issues with my account I've always received a prompt response. Thanks guys. Stay safe.
