They don’t know how much they helped me or what a blessing they are to me and my family they helped get my car back from a Title loan company when nobody else could I honestly thought they would say no but they came highly recommended so I had some faith. It was almost unreal how easy the process was and how they accepted to help me. When I came into the office Rob took care of me was very professional and pleasant I would definitely recommend them if you’re in a Title jam they are very fair and will definitely help you out if situation permits. I absolute have NOTHING bad to say about Unique Funding! At first I was a little hesitant about doing a title loan. Hearing tons of horror stories. But I must say Unique Funding made it simple and easy for me...The service I receive was splendid!!!! No hassle No struggle No confusing! Strictly business that was handed in a calm professional manner! Mr.Rob is a nice man! And Mrs.Lorri was superb....Couldn’t ask for better service!

Technically, I would give it 5 stars for my initial experience of receiving the loan I needed in minutes. I had no intention of using my newer model vehicle as collateral. But when Covid hit I needed a little breathing room while I waited for a settlement check. The process is painless and the staff is friendly and I walked out with my check the same day. However, I took one star away because I am only 2 payments in and I have received numerous calls PRIOR to my date of payment, BOTH TIMES! "Reminder calls prior to my payment date...then at least 2 or more calls on THE ACTUAL DAY OF PAYMENT! I could understand if it was past the due date. But at least give customers an opportunity to call in and MAKE THE PAYMENT ON THE DUE DATE BEFORE YOU BEGIN MULTIPLE CALLS. My car is worth 3.5x MORE than the amount that I borrowed...trust me I'm NOT skipping out on this loan! Other than the constant calling, the actual loan process is no hassle at all.

Excellent experience with Unique Funding! I've been with them for a while now and they're always there to help. Just recently I had some issues with my car and not only did they fix my car with an amazing turn around time... But they also were way cheaper than everyone else. Nichole is my go to girl... She's always available and does whatever she can do for me! Hands down the best place for all your vehicle needs... I had a great experience at Unique Funding. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It took a few tries to get the deal done but my situation was somewhat unique with my title. All in all they were able to loan me the funds with no hassle and a pretty good interest rate and I am satisfied. I highly recommend!
