      Samantha was very friendly and very helpful in opening my new account. I see all the negative reviews here but my experience has been a pleasant one so far. Maybe they've made a change for the better. The bank's hours are kind of skimpy but I almost never have any banking transactions that I can't do at the ATM which is available 24 hours. It's been up and working every after hours visit for me in the last month. So no problems whatsoever with this bank so far.

      Takes FOREVER. Every time I come they have a line of only 3 or 4 cars and it takes near an hour. The employees are slow and don’t really know what they are doing it seems. Lady tried to tell me that a fee I was charged was a positive on my account when it most definitely wasn’t. If you live in butte and are looking for a new bank. Anywhere but here. If you’re moving here from out of town and have this bank. Get a new one. It’ll be worth the headache

      Besides the terrible wait times in the drive through. The indoor atm is always down. This wouldn’t be and issue if the mobile deposit option wasn’t limited to a certain daily amount. So when a person gets off work and tries to deposit money when the atm is down they have to wait a day. It’s not like anyone ever has financial emergencies. U.S. Bank is hands down the worst bank I’ve ever been involved with! The only thing worse is Wells Fargo.

      I don't know who needs to read this, but when you're lobby is closed because of covid, you really need to have more people manning the drive through. I regularly make deposits and wait in line a minimum of 20 min. I'm in line right now, they've been serving the one vehicle ahead of me literally for 15 min. I expect to be here for another 10 min at least... To deposit one check.

      I got here at 3 and its 3:45 now people are coming and going and it seems like they intentionally don't want to help us. Anyway im just annoyed because we have a 3 hour drive ahead of us and we wasted an entire hour doing this deposit . They just gave us back half of our deposits because one of them didn't have a slip lol butte please open a new us bank with competent employees

      The worst bank I have ever dealt with. Either their branch or their mobil app was making mistakes on payment reflections and available balances. Strange things were reflecting that didn’t make sense. When the error was brought to their attention for the third time I was told “Well that’s too bad” and charged a fee yet again! I have other accounts at other banks and I have never had issues like I have with this bank. They will find any way to attach fees to their customers regardless of if it was their error or not. There are other banks out there that are not like that!

      Less and less customer service was at drive through window and was told I needed to come back later and go into main bank which was closed two tellers there and one other car but was given no help

      I've been trying to get a hold of this branch for almost 3 weeks. I had customer service even leave a message with the manager and still nothing. I had reached someone two weeks ago who said they would call back still have yet to hear anything. Pore professionalism. I've been with this bank 7 years and this has been my worst branch experience EVER.

      I have been using this bank now for two years. I can not tell you how many times I have tried going to the drive thru to discovered that it is closed, but the lobby is open... SO, I pull around to the tiny, weird shaped parking lot, that's usually packed, and go inside. There I find a line of 5 to 10 people (sometimes more), with only 1 teller. I understand that stuff happens, that leads to them being short handed. It is just really frustrating when you see 3+ loan/account people just sitting in their desks, starring at the line, that never seems to ends, without going to help the poor teller, that is obviously overwhelmed. I can never plan a quick trip to this bank, I always have to make sure to designate at least 45 minutes, so I do not miss appointments, or make myself late when I go there on lunch. Please, step your game up US Bank!
