      Went to DEPOSIT two checks to a nonprofit account. The staff could not have been less friendly to me or to the young couple that tried to open an account right in front of me saying "to open an account you need an appointment." For me they were unwilling to look up the nonprofit's account number. They then quiz me if I'm a signer on the account. I said "I don't know....does that matter." She says snidely "we shall see." I said, "No, I don't think we will. We're moving to another bank." Why does this bank even exist in Helena? What a dump.

      This is the most unfriendly branch in all my banking years!! My wife walked to the bank at lunch to deposit cash and found they closed the branch(5/11/22), so went to the one they said is open and had to walk through the drive through (no lobby open). I will be closing all my accounts and going to another bank.

      I've been a customer at US bank for over ten years and always loved banking with them. Considering switching banks as I recently moved to Helena and this location is rarely open and almost never answers the phone. I get that COVID-19 has greatly impacted normal business activities but it seems to have all but shut this branch down. Frustrating that I can not contact representatives here and when put through the national call center the information often does not correlate with the real conditions or services at this location. The only thing keeping my business here is the excellent online banking and national service. Time will tell if that is enough to compensate for the lack of service in Helena.

      They never answer their phones and trying to get through on the 1800 number but they can not help me.I need to get to get a hold of some from the Helena Montana Branch. I have called n called and no one answers even left a message.

      US banks service is the worst. they don't even open the main lobby and the drive thru has only one lane which took us at least a half hour to get thru. That poor lady probably hears a ton of complaints every day. Cars are backed up onto the street and are about 10 deep. You would think they would at least have one more person there so that lady could at least use the restroom!!! the worst service!

      Coming into this branch is similar to meeting friends for coffee. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Jeremy, as the manager, is friendly and does everything he can to make sure the experience is as fast as can be. During longer wait times he interacts with those waiting, to add to the atmosphere. Michelle, equally, interacts with those in line when she is not busy with personal banking. The tellers remember your name as often as they can, and always greet with a smile. It has been a pleasure banking with Dustin, Savanna, Christine and Linda.

      We love the staff at US Bank Helena!! It has been the only bank for our family and ranch business since it opened. Jeremy Thompson, the bank manager, has handled our truck loan and our retirement funds.... we greatly appreciate the time and attention he has given us. Michelle, Savannah and the other tellers are pleasant and professional always. Thanks for being there for us!

      There are no directions to the drive through and no answers to the phone. Where is the drive through? So far I’ve wasted 2 lunch hours just to try and go to the bank. Dissatisfied. Disappointed. And likely to change banks entirely.

      Yes! I was in your branch today. Michelle told me there wasn't anything she could do about the overdraft did I had on my account today because the bank wasn't responsible now I found that to be misleading because I know for a fact that the bank is not supposed to charge me an overdraft fee if it isn't over $5 wasn't going to sit in the office and argue with her Miss Michelle I know she was wrong so I came home and called the 800 number they told me the bank was the one that made the mistake and they corrected the mistake that Michelle wasn't willing to do she said I was the one at fault I don't think Michelle's got enough common sense to pour piss out of a boot and I'm very dissatisfied with you

      Very rude. The one teller they have working states disdainfully as you enter and doesnt make ant effort to greet customers. I was greeted by a banker who was clearly in a terrible mood. I would rather do business with a sick cow than enter this branch and deal with the attitudes I encountered here. Taking all my further banking and business needs elsewhere.
