I am thankful that we have finally closed and I don't ever have to deal with Twin City Title again. I have never dealt with a company that was so unprofessional! Cori Johnson would not answer emails or phone calls from my bank, realtor or myself. We were set to close December 17th we were put off numerous times. We lost hundreds of dollars paying for utilities, storage of our furniture, extension on our rate lock, lodging, gas, food etc.... with no answers from the title company as to what is going on or if there was an end to it all.

A great team of people to help you get your real estate transaction closed without any hassle or headache. They've done several commercial transactions for me as well as numerous residential.

It took them two weeks to send me the information I requested.
