RJ Duc1They are horrible. I don’t believe anyone working at this branch know and understand customer service. You can ask the most simplest question and they give you attitude. They talk down to you, inside and drive thru. The customer next to me right now is having a hard time. The teller is raising her voice at her and the other workers do not even bat an eye. I hate the feeling I get going to this branch.

d cooper5Super busy branch but everyone working really hard. Some clients complained about waiting but I saw them working hard and with a smile. Manager in the branch talking to everyone. She tried to expedite transactions when she could. Good job Truist!!!

Shield Jerrard5Not sure as to why the bad reviews, but customer service here is GREAT. Alex Santiago and his team went above and beyond to help me with my account. The facility is clean and has such a nice environment. Service was quick and efficient. Please don’t let the amount of stars fool you.

peter igilov1Guaranteed worst banking experience in my life I hated it the bank gave me a overdraft fee over 200 dollars after I signed a paper saying I don't want it then their banker John Ramirez said its my fault cause I don't have their credit card to protect myself why the hell do I need protection from my own bank? They have no manager and 1 banker John Ramirez who is a lier with a honest smile don't get fooled and loose hundreds like I did

Anne DiGiacomo1This the very worst branch I have ever had the misfortune to to business with. I don't know what it is about the North Miami Beach Branch but they have the worst customer service the poorest attitude. They are least likely to help. They have no desire to put any effort into excellent customer service it Does Not exist there. Horrible branch.

Andres Jaramillo1Came to this branch and there was nobody in tbe the lobby. The cashier Daniele Young had me waiting. After a while i asked why nobody was helping me if the lobby was empty, then started yelling that he was busy and no manager or cs on the floor. Yadayada yada.... I left and closed my account. Terrible service.

Mr G1This bank is the worst there is, charging $ 72 for an overdraft of $ 30 knowing that we are in a time of pandemic, the only thing they told me is that they have no sympathy for me, that bank is very abusive ...
