Great. Their corporate services caught a fraudulent charge to my account that I did not approve. They contacted me regarding right away. I tried calling no answer sent an email and the company claimed they canceled the charges. Unfortunately, 10 days later the company charge the amount again going through so I blocked my card and working with my branch to clear it up. Fortunately and unfortunately having to get a new card and start over again with all my monthly posts. setup automatically. Thank you, BB & T now Truist. Willie

Worst bank I've ever came across, Do not use this bank. 1. They don't answer the phone. 2. Had a random payment I didn't make come out of my account that put me overdrawn as I don't use this bank and haven't in over 8 months. 3. they didn't inform me until they send a letter saying I am $130 overdrawn. 4. I then go in and ask "what payment was it?" they said "it was x payment" and I say "I didn't make this payment and that I want it investigated and removed." 5. I then receive another letter saying "they investigated and haven't found any strange payment" which is completely wrong as like I explained to them in clear terms that "this payment was not me." 6. Josh the banker says "they don't let you know when your bank gets overdrawn" as it's not in their policy. 7. Josh said he "would call me and let me know the outcome" and never called even though they confirmed that my telephone number was correct when I went in to the branch. 8. Stay away from Truist which rebranded from BB&T which I can only assume is from their bad practices and a bad reputation for being a dishonest and shady bank.

These guys their name is better business and trade explain to me how when a customer that has an account at BB&T write me a check and I go to BB&T to cash a check written on one of the account holder‘s accounts but they still want to charge me eight dollars and the resolution is for me to go up and charge BB&T account holders eight dollars extra if I don’t want an account with them my resolution is boycotting BB&T I will no longer do business with anyone that banks with BB&T regardless of how much the money is or who it’s from
