Excellent customer service with that small, hometown feel. This branch in Avon Park went so far out of their way to help me, that they actually kept me as a customer. I was ready to pack it in after the merger with some serious issues I had. Thankfully Shelly, Ben, and Jess, went out of their way to show how much they care, and because of that concern, this branch kept me as a customer! ❤️❤️❤️
