Shannon, Kimberly, and Wendy were quick to respond, accommodated anything I had asked for, and were patient with me as I (slowly) moved through the final document signing. This company does not remit closing funds in a timely manner. They say wires are sent but no wire is sent. They say wire was rejected but they have no documentation. Still waiting on $497,000 seven days after closing!
