I received great service today. I went in with my son... he referred me to Travis Credit Union. We met with Monica... She was very kind, very helpful and knowledgeable. She got my accounts setup, got me setup on the app. She even gave the kids something to do while we conducted our business.. Everything I needed was taken care of. I look forward to a great relationship with Travis!

I recently left a large bank, with a deservedly bad reputation, for California's 12th largest credit union, #TravisCreditUnion, at the suggestion of my solicitor, also in Davis. There is much to recommend #TravisCreditUnion, which I'll list here, along with a few suggestions for improvement. PROS Friendly, genuinely helpful, experienced people work here. Small enough to be personal, big enough to have the resources and options most people want. Solid online banking with a decent App. Community-minded, local and independent. Comfortable, attractive office. Good location. CONS This isn't just #TravisCreditUnion, but nearly every business, including Travis, doesn't answer the phone. I want to call my local Davis branch and have a person who works at that branch answer my call. One disabled parking space is not enough. At least two please. Don't email me with an address titled 'accountservicing'. This guarantees it will end up in my junk folder, unseen and unread. Use #TravisCreditUnion as your email address -- and try to make it look less like spam. Also, while we're on the subject of email, what is with the serif font? Dated and hard to read. Sans Serif Font Please. Something like 'Futura'. Even with the the cons noted above, if you're looking for a local credit union in Davis, this is a good choice.

I was in Davis branch today to reactivate my account. Costumer service is very bad, I had to ask for new card and he did not give me member number, I reached home and call them to help me log in from my phone, she denied because she can not provide me member number which is fine but she was very rude. Very bad service, I probably deactivate my account again.

Have had nothing but good experiences. Customer service has been polite, professional and informative.

I read that Travis was offering a CD with a high introductory rate and decided to open an account to take advantage of this offer. Created online application stating my intent of opening a CD and was ready to make my deposit. Got a call next day from customer service for more information to complete my application. I was informed that Travis was going to run a credit check on me and my credit accounts are frozen. I stated my intent was to deposit money and not borrow, also stated how much money I intended to deposit. I was told regardless, a credit report inquiry was going to be needed to open my CD account. I informed Travis I did not want a credit report inquiry and was still told it was required. At that point I politely told to Customer rep to remove my application. Walked in to USE Credit Union same day, gave them my check and opened a CD in about 10 minutes. I strongly suggest avoiding Travis CU and highly recommend USE or Golden1 as credit union options.

First time visiting this branch, had a great experience with a friendly staff. Eva was the banker that helped me with my deposit & also my banking questions.. Upon entering seeing two tellers greet me with smiles on their faces was great to see after a long work day, plus I live in Sacramento to get to this branch which was a breeze to find.

I had purchased an F150 from Future Ford and they had me finance it through Travis Credit Union. After 1 year of perfect payments, I traded the truck in on Feb 22, 2020 to Future Ford and got a new F250. I signed documents with Future Ford saying they would pay off the F150 loan immediately. For some reason, Future Ford took longer to pay off the loan, and Travis Credit Union marked it as a late payment, even though it was paid in full, and their loan partner, Future Ford, instructed me not to make any further payments. The result was a 40 point drop during a time I am trying to get a mortgage. This is a horrible way to treat your current/past customers. I feel that if I had financed the new loan with Travis, that they would not have done this. I strongly encourage anybody considering geting a vehice loan from Travis CU to reconsider. They do not have the well being of their customers in consideration of their actions.

Worst banking experience. Doesn't matter what branch you go to. Constantly getting overdraft fees when I have sufficient funds in my account. Customer service is extremely rude. You will lose money banking with them. I cannot stress to you enough how horrible this credit union is. I wish I could give less than 1 star. HORRIBLE AWFUL TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

Mr. E. Singh was very polite and nicely explained to us how the policy of starting a secured credit account. We were going to start one but wanted to get my car refinance started first!

Best service from a retail bank/credit union, ever. I drove about 30 miles and got there about 7 minutes after closing. The branch manager was extremely helpful and opened the branch so I could make a payment.
