I had made several calls to as many title companies I could find and this was the only place that answered all my questions and was ready and willing to help us now! Steve was amazing and he assisted in drawing up a contract between my parents who were the buyers and our neighbor who was the seller. No realtor was involved. Trademark offers DocuSign service so it expedited everything. Steve was so thorough in the closing process and had to in-due a BIG mess (long story) that took place with the titles of the mobile homes on the property so that my parents could officially own it free and clear. They could’ve closed without paying for the extra work but he explained how it could affect us in the future if we didn’t get it cleared up now. He really had our family’s best interest at heart. He even drove to meet one of three former owners to be able to notarize their signature. So don’t look any further because I absolutely recommend this office to handle closing on your property whether you are a buyer or seller. Steve was great and his team of ladies were amazing as well. A+++
