I've used Tower a couple times and they've been nothing but great. Just make your payments. If you're having trouble making your payments on time then call them. They've always been understanding and helpful with me. Remember the reason you went to Tower Loans in the first place. If you're anything like me then no bank is going to come close to approving you. They are a business not your all forgiving grandmother. Own your own actions. Take responsibility for your issues and stop placing blame on the people who are there to help.

Non stop harassment ridiculously high interest and threatening. Literally call non stop and harass any and everyone even people not listed as references. Constantly call your job and Jackie threatened my HR representative when she kindly asked her to stop calling my place of employment. They show up at your home unannounced and threaten to take your property. PLEASE DO NOT get a loan from these people no matter how desperate you are go elsewhere. You are basically signing your life away if you can't keep up with payments or fall behind. Biggest financial mistake of my life. These people are crooks and they don't want to help you they want to rob you and make you broker then you already are. NEVER AGAIN!

Not too happy with them here lately. I have had a loan for a year now and have never missed a payment. They offered another loan with same payment and then denied me after they offered. They dinged my credit again for like the 5th time also. My 15 day grace period also fell over the weekend and guess who isn't open on the weekend?? First time ever they decide to charge me a $15 late fee as if its my fault that they are not open on a weekend. I guess they don't realize that people have jobs and work during regular business hours. I can't wait to pay this off so I do not have to deal with them any more.

Took out a loan and have always paid on time for years and several loans!! Even paid them off way early!! Took out another loan and six months, later came into hardship! Lost my job, took in my sisters kids, so on so forth!! Now they call everyday, me, my mom, my dad!! I’ve paid what I can even though it’s not the full amount but I’m trying!! They harass me and my family nonstop even after I read them the bill collector harassment policy and they stated they don’t care and continue calling!! Trust me they aren’t worth it!! They are threatening to come take my household items and my kids things!!

Complete waste of time. Horrible customer service. I had a prior loan with them and was paid off with no problems. However, from the moment I paid off my last loan with them in 2017 they have been repeatedly calling me saying I was approved and have money just waiting for me. I kept turning them down because I didn't wamt or need a loan. Every month a different person would call and this last time that they called I thought it couldn't hurt because I wanted to splurge on something for my car and the last time went well so I told the lady sure, she said that all I needed to do was go to their office with my ID, 4 references, and last paycheck stub and be quick and easy. Only to go there with the documemts requested and get told that I'm all approved but then be told "we need to know how many tv's do you have? Do you own any firearms? How many? Any computers? And as you answer these odd questions they are basically acting as appraisers and low balling the values and then tell you that you have to either list them as a lien holder on your homeowners/rental ins. or you can just pay an extra fee that is a seperate ins policy. Then they try pushimg you to simg and agree to one or the other. I started questioning everything. Last time I had a loan with them it was in the form of a check they mailed me and I deposited and by doing so agreed to the terms laid out in the letter accompanied with the check. It was decent terms, no problem. They didn't want any kind of collateral then. Now they want to give me a $1,500.00 loan, that will be secure the $1,500.00 loan with over $8000.00 worth of collateral that they claim only covers the loan amount. Thank god I didn't need any of their money and left as soon as everything became sketchy. I could have gone to a pawn shop(that are allowed to loan against firearms if ATF compliant) amd got 2 what they deemed it all worth and everyone knowa pawn shops don't pay retail, they pawn/loan rough value. Last thing. I truely felt bad for the gentleman helping me, he told me that he was new and learning.... I will not mention names but the manager who was more concerened with whatever was going on with his phone and kept getting onto this New guy for not knowing what to do and made the whole deal drag out forever. I am looking into the legality of some of their sales tactics. I also thought as a licensed business, they must be licensed and or registered with ATF to attempt to collect on a debt be means of repossession of a firearm. Kansas City area manager needs a course ethics. He was Very unprofessional. Also beware of miltiple hard credit hits they lile to do.

Calls multiple times a day from different numbers. Does not leave messages. Please do not set up arrangements, they will run your card early. Manager called acting like it was my fault. I am in collections and have never seen their tactics.

Was an OK deal high interest but if ur suffering worth the rate to get what u want or need! That being said if u fall on hard times and can't pay they send there " muscle to you door to barrage you , remind you of your debt . Like phone calls all day when ur trying to keep ur job! Looking up family members that were never used as references hitting ur credit rating with hard inquires which means they know ur behind the ball in the game of life and now it's totally there responsibility to run u in ground the rest of the way! Really that's great but it's true to today's world double standards we all know how credit works your score reflects PAYMENT HISTORY as well as other stuff! Your great as long as you pay these legal loan sharks! But go n miss one or two and they pounce on you. Let's see credit rating nope don't need it I got a house a Harley and a truck! No need to buy a dam thing on credit! No job let's see no money!!!!!!

They send checks to you in the mail to entice you then tell you one price on the phone but when you finally cash it, when time to pay comes you get a higher payment than told in the beginning, don't trust them they are definatly crooks

This place is scandalous. I took out a loan and times got rough so it defaulted. it went to court and we agreed on $50 a month come to find out after me paying on it for nearly two years I owe more money now than what originally had taken the loan out. Do not use this place whatsoever if you need a loan try World Finance or Security Finance they are fantastic.
