I purchased a new vehicle yesterday from Tony Divino and my Sales consultant was Cha Thao. Having bought vehicles throughout my life this was the most pleasurable experience ever. The reasons are as follows: 1. Cha was incredibly professional and did not ever pressure me. 2. Cha was very patient yet very knowledgeable. 3. Cha was very helpful. For example, I was by myself and did not know how to get two vehicles back to my place (the newly purchased vehicle and the vehicle I came in). Cha told me he would drive me from my home back to the dealership to get my second vehicle. 4. Cha had the paperwork completed in minutes not an hour or longer. 5. Cha had the vehicle washed, showed me all the manuals as he placed them in the glove box and then explained the features of the vehicle to my satisfaction. 6. Cha was a very caring individual and made me feel like I was part of his family rather than "just" a customer. 7. The professionalism, knowledge, kindness, efficiency, thoroughness, and genuineness of Cha was unparalleled. 8. The next vehicle I buy will be from Tony Divino because of the excellent service I experienced from Cha. 9. Cha's behavior, and the behavior of the other sales representatives at Tony Divino (asking and providing me water, chips, etc.) must align with the Tony Divino culture of always putting the customer first. 10. I had a great buying experience with Stephanie. I also had a ‘traditional used car salesman’ experience with one of the other sales people - People do matter in the experience. Once we agreed on the price, the actual paperwork was quick and everyone knew what needed to happen and made it painless. Good experience and I’ll be back next year when we replace our other vehicle.

This was by far my best experience with any dealership. Russ and Ron did everything possible to make sure that I received the best price and quality service. Went car shopping and found the car we wanted at Tony Divino Toyota. The salesman Dan Reynolds was the best! He wasn’t pushy and had the answers to all our questions. Jae and Zan were great to deal with. I purchased a truck in Sept from both of them and it was in a hit and run accident and was totaled. I went back tonight and got an identical truck but 2 years newer. Will keep coming back.

Great experience from the moment we stepped onto the lot and met Brandon. He understood exactly what we were looking for. He introduced us to Rob, whose greatest concern was to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We finished up with Brad who Is excellent at what he does, told us he’d be quick and he was.
