Randall Patterson5Just refinanced my WI farmstead and was concerned since it was a WI property and I had trouble with my prior title company, but Julie Isadore and Leah Johnson the closing team make the whole process seamless. I was kept up to date from the lenders application to pre-closing and a totally smooth in and done closing in their White Bear Lake office to a follow up post closing survey to see how their service was. Highly recommend for all of your real estate transactions.
