I Can't say enough wonderful things about this company! This review is long overdue, but wanted to take the time to let everyone know what an incredibly honest company this is!! Last year I was in the need of a loan to expand my business, and wasn't approved by the conventional (Bank) loan route. After extensive research, I placed a call into Rob (owner) whom took more than 30 min explaining the process with me. After that phone call, I felt extremely comfortable moving forward and knew i was dealing with an honest company. Within 24 hours Rob came over (locally in SD) to check out my trailer, and I had the money i needed in my pocket that evening. I can honestly say, that if it weren't for SD Auto Tittle Loans, I wouldn't of been able to expand my business. In fact, the loan helped so much, that i successfully made enough money to pay off the loan in 5 months, doubled my revenue, and was well on my way to success! Thank you Rob and staff for giving me the ability to expand. Your seamless process from start to finish and attention to detail/customer satisfaction was incredible!! Top of the line service! My experience with Title Loans of North Park...more specifically my experience with Rob was nothing short of excellent. From the beginning of the loan process all the way through to my final payoff payment, I received quality customer service. Rob makes everything real simple and does a wonderful job with being clear of the terms and expectations of the loan. He definitely has no tricks or hidden fees up his sleeve. Title loans are not the cheapest loans. But if you're in a situation where a title loan is required, this is the place to go. I just completed my last payment, and Rob is in the process of sending me the title to my car. I was terrified because I really expected my car to be repo'd...I mean, I wouldn't have blamed Rob at all if that was done. But I kept open communication with him and explained my situation...and he did everything in his power to work with me and allowed me the chance to get through those painful moments without losing my car. Rob showed me alot of compassion and alot of understanding, and that's almost unheard of in this type of business. All he wanted and expected from me was to keep the communication open and honest throughout and he promised that we'll figure things out together. And we did. BORROWING MONEY SUCKS! But, if you are in a bind...TITLE LOANS OF NORTH PARK is the only way to go! As a small business owner in construction, sometimes collecting from customers gets delayed. This last month I found myself in that situation again. Same thing happened last year about this time. The only thing that sucks more than borrowing money is borrowing money from family or friends. What I've discovered is that working with Rob is so quick and easy that it takes all of that hassle out of it. This last time I contacted him mid morning and by early afternoon he actually came to my job site with a check and had me sign the papers right then and there. Borrowing money is expensive! But Title Loans of North Park is fair. I checked out the competition. I know that I will collect on my jobs that are past due and there's no penalty for early pay off of the loan with Rob. I kind of have to look at this as a cost of doing business. As a one-man show in my company sometimes I get behind on my accounts receivable. I am very very pleased with the professionalism and service I received here. I am currently still a client here and wanted to make sure that my experience was shared. I got a title loan from here because I was low on cash and my truck had been towed for expired registration. Being that I couldn't afford to pay for the fees to get it out myself or to pay my registration I began to look for alternate options. Not only did they approve me for the loan with my credit status but they actually helped me get to and from the tow yard and dmv to get everything handled. I took a title loan from this company about 4 months ago. I was on a new job and wasnt going to get paid for a few weeks but i had to pay my rent and other bills. I borrowed 6k from them and I paid it off and got my title back and if it werent for this title loan, im not sure what I would have done. I was really stressed out at the time but it helped me tremendously and I am very appreciative of them.
