I've bought and sold many properties. This has been, by far, the worst service I've ever received from a title company. Delay after delay after delay, all despite a cash deal. Terrible. I'd never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone. Even my payout was delayed after recording and funding. Just horrible

After purchasing land with an Easment that is inaccessible, I called the owner at least 15 times and sent several emails before she would talk to to me. When finally talking with the owner Jean, not only was she extremly rude but also did not offer any help or sympathy. I would never use their service again or recommend them to anyone else.They deserve 0 stars.

I’ve been waiting since February to close on a real estate contract I put an earnest deposit down on. I was just told today that the title company can’t close until the *end* of July. Not reasonable at all.

Terrible service, slow to respond, late in getting documents, no follow up to see that the parties had all the documents, before, during, and after closing.
