I have sent Kelly several emails as to why my escrow money has not been sent back to me without a response, which is very unprofessional. She didn’t have the decency to respond back. I was told my money should be sent back to me in 10 days. This did not happen. Escrow money is extremely important to both parties and should be treated as such in a professional manner. Communication should have been a priority. Avoid them.
